Two For WW2

Hi Gang!
I recently downloaded two current games about WW2.
I know lots of places to find games, both legally: http://www.the-underdogs.org/
And otherwise... (almost any bit-torrent site)
But those two I recently added, total opposites!

<u>Gary Grigsby's World at War</u> - Gary has made several groundbreaking games, fun to play yet historically accurate. Some are available for free downloading (www.matrixgames.com look for War in Russian and Gary's Pacific War) Now he's got all of WW2 in one game, hooray! This is a fun & fairly easy game, and the AI is Ok. There's lots of options and 5 playable powers. However, they've found a way to confound pirates, you have to have a valid ID ## for patches! I may be forced to buy it!

<u>Hearts of Iron 2</u> - World War 2, 3000+ provinces (Gary has 365) zillions of troops, ships, leaders, IN REAL TIME!!! AAAAAAAAAAaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa.... needless to say it's waaaay to complex for my little brain [img]tongue.gif[/img] Did I mention real time? Good golly, does one really need to drive every single tank? The political part alone takes all day!
